Overview
At Sigmeds, we take great care to deliver the right medicines and healthcare products safely and on time. Every order is packed securely and verified before shipping. We still recommend that you check the items carefully when they arrive.
1. Definition
A return means sending back a product that was ordered from Sigmeds. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product delivered does not match your order.

The product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months of shelf life).

The product is damaged, broken, or has a tampered seal.
Note: Please do not accept delivery of any package that appears damaged or unsealed. If you discover damage after opening the package, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The batch number on the product must match the invoice.

The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, with price tags, labels, and barcodes intact.

Only unopened and unused products will be accepted.

Returns due to change in prescription or wrong ordering will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

Baby Care: Diapers, nipples, wipes, breast pumps

Food & Nutrition: Health drinks, supplements

Health Devices: Glucometer strips, medical kits, surgical products

Sexual Wellness: Condoms, pregnancy kits, lubricants

Temperature-controlled or special medicines: Injections, vaccines, vials, insulin, eye drops
Additional Conditions

Surgical items (like syringes, gloves, masks, bandages, etc.) are non-returnable once purchased.

In case of wrong or damaged delivery, please return the item to your nearest store within 2 days of purchase, along with the original bill.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for any exchange or inspection.

No returns will be accepted without a valid reason or without the bill.

Refunds or replacements will be provided only after verification by our store team.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

Customers must return the product only at the nearest store — pickup service is not available for returns.
3. Return Process

Visit our Contact Us page or email support@sigmeds.com within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will verify your claim within 72 hours.

If found genuine, we will arrange a pickup for the product.

Please pack the product properly in its original packaging.

Refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of pickup.
4. Refund Policy
If your claim is valid, your refund will be issued as follows:

Orders paid online: Refund will be credited to the original payment method or wallet.

Orders paid by Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed through direct bank transfer.
5. Medical Tests
Refunds for medical tests can be raised if:

The test report is delayed beyond 72 hours without valid reason.

The report is inaccurate and no clarification is provided.
In such cases, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
6. Online Consultations
Customers may request a refund for online consultations only if the query has not been responded to within the promised time. Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of submission. Valid refunds will be credited within 30 days.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be visible during checkout.

8. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

For lab tests, cancellation is possible before the sample is collected.
Sigmeds Cancellations:
Your order may be cancelled by Sigmeds if:

The product is unavailable or out of stock.
-
There is an error in pricing or product details.
-
The address or order details are invalid.
-
The order appears to be for bulk or resale purposes.
No cancellation fee will apply for valid cancellations.
