Delete Your Sigmeds Account

At Sigmeds, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you wish to permanently delete your Sigmeds account and associated personal data, you can request account deletion using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Request by Email

Send an email to support@sigmeds.com with the subject:

Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Your registered name

  • Registered email address or mobile number

  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Option 2: Request from the App

If available, log in to your Sigmeds account and navigate to:

My Account → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account information

  • Profile details

  • Saved addresses

  • Order history (where legally permitted)

  • Wishlist and preferences

What Data May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Tax and financial records

  • Transaction records required by law

  • Information needed to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days after verification.
